The TX contractor market has no shortage of unlicensed operators taking deposits on work they lack the certification to warranty correctly. We're the opposite: publicly licensed, manufacturer-certified, bonded against contractor default, and accountable to the TX contractor licensing board.
Not every crew offering Siding Contractor in Odessa, TX has the manufacturer certifications and documented track record to back the claim. Here's what separates our team.
License number at first contact. Verify status, classification, and disciplinary history in the TX public database — takes two minutes.
Our crews hold manufacturer certification on the cladding systems they install — the requirement that keeps 30-year material warranties in force for you.
Our contractor bond provides protection against contractor default — the scenario where a contractor takes a deposit and doesn't complete the scope.
A signed warranty document specifying covered defects, coverage period, and resolution process. Not a verbal assurance — something you can file and enforce.
We don't farm out our Siding Contractor work. Every project in Odessa, TX is assigned to a technician with documented experience on that specific scope.
New installations, complete replacements, and targeted repairs on single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums across Odessa, TX. Written estimate, permit management, and close-out documentation on every project.
Commercial projects require higher fastener schedules, sometimes special inspection documentation, and scheduling coordination. We operate in both residential and light commercial scopes with documented quality control for each.
We work directly with general contractors across Odessa, TX as a siding subcontractor — coordinating with framing, window, and HVAC trades to sequence correctly and hit inspection milestones.
Multi-unit projects require uniform specs across buildings, standardized documentation, and scheduling that minimizes resident disruption. We've completed Odessa, TX community projects ranging from 8 to 60+ units.
We hold insurance adjuster meetings on-site, produce panel-level damage documentation, and execute approved repair scopes to carrier requirements. Experienced with every major carrier operating in TX.
We pull required permits, attend inspections, and provide as-built documentation for HOA architectural review boards, lenders, and insurance carriers — all the paperwork most contractors treat as the homeowner's problem.
Our Odessa, TX team follows the same documented process on every project — so you always know what comes next.
We provide our TX contractor license number at first contact. You verify it in the state database yourself. We bring insurance certificates to the first site visit — not expired documents.
On-site measurement, substrate evaluation, and a written line-item estimate listing every component. Permit requirements identified and included as a transparent line item where applicable.
Signed contract, permit application filed where required, confirmed start date in writing with crew assignment. Material ordered against the confirmed schedule.
Work to contracted scope. Permit inspection attended and passed. Close-out package: warranty documents, manufacturer registrations, permit records, and post-project photos.
The first thing Forge Siding did was hand me their license number and tell me to look it up. That transparency from the opening conversation was the opposite of every other contractor I'd contacted. Everything else lived up to that first impression.
Three bids — one had no written contract, one wanted 50% upfront with no itemization, Forge Siding had a clean contract, standard deposit terms, line-item breakdown, and pulled the permit before starting. The professionalism gap was significant.
I verified the license number in the TX database before signing. Current, correctly classified, no disciplinary history. That two-minute check eliminated the single biggest risk in the whole transaction.
Forge Siding provides Siding Contractor services across the full Odessa, TX service area. Locally based crews mean fast arrival, familiarity with local building codes, and practical accountability in the communities where we work.
