Forge Siding brings manufacturer-certified installation crews to Chagrin Falls, OH homeowners who need new siding done correctly the first time. From housewrap integration to finish trim — every component, every penetration, every elevation, done to spec.
Not every crew offering Siding Installation in Chagrin Falls, OH has the manufacturer certifications and documented track record to back the claim. Here's what separates our team.
Certified on vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, and steel. Certification isn't cosmetic — it keeps material warranties in force after we leave.
Every estimate starts with an on-site measurement covering all wall planes, penetrations, and substrate conditions — the foundation of a quote you can actually rely on.
Panels, trim, housewrap, labor, permit — every component listed separately before you sign. The estimate is the contract.
A signed document specifying coverage period and resolution process. Not a verbal promise — something you can actually enforce.
We don't farm out our Siding Installation work. Every project in Chagrin Falls, OH is assigned to a technician with documented experience on that specific scope.
Complete demo of all existing cladding, substrate moisture inspection with a calibrated meter, housewrap replacement, and full panel system installation. Every trim component — corner posts, J-channel, soffit, fascia — included in scope, not an add-on.
We work from architectural drawings, coordinate directly with framing crews, and sequence our work to hit the construction timeline. Material staged and moisture-checked on-site before any cutting begins.
The starter strip, window rough opening flashing, and roof-wall junction flashing are where most moisture failures originate. We treat them as primary scope — self-adhering membrane at rough openings, step flashing at junctions.
Every installation includes a correctly lapped, seam-taped housewrap integrated with window flanges and sealed at all penetrations. This step separates a weather-tight wall from one that fails within two seasons.
Vented or solid vinyl soffit, aluminum-capped or fiber cement fascia, and all accessory trim installed as a unified system so every component carries the same warranty start date.
When over-cladding is viable, we use a furring-strip drainage system rather than nailing directly to existing siding — maintaining drainage and giving new panels a solid elevated nailing surface.
A clear, predictable process reduces stress and produces better outcomes. Here's exactly what happens when you call our Chagrin Falls, OH Siding Installation team.
