From Dutch lap to board-and-batten, Forge Siding installs every major vinyl platform in Elgin, SC with manufacturer-certified technique. Expansion gaps set to ambient temperature on install day, not a standard figure from a table.

We install every major vinyl platform. Manufacturer certification keeps the lifetime transferable warranty intact.
Gap sizing isn't uniform — it depends on ambient temperature on install day and your local seasonal range. We calibrate for SC conditions specifically, not a generic table figure.
Insulated vinyl adds R-2 to R-4 per inch, eliminates hollow sound, and bridges minor substrate irregularities. We advise on the real-world performance benefit for your Elgin, SC wall configuration.
We bring physical panel samples to the estimate visit, hold them against your roof and trim in actual site lighting, and give a specific recommendation — not a catalog.

Installed with manufacturer-spec nail hem spacing, correct lock engagement per course, and calibrated expansion gaps at every butt joint and J-channel termination. Reveal consistency checked throughout.
Foam-backed panels add thermal value, reduce hollow sound, and bridge minor substrate surface irregularities better than standard panels. A tactile quality difference buyers notice.
Complete vented or solid soffit with matching fascia in the same color family as wall panels. Vent area sized to attic volume — not by eye.
Vinyl shake, half-round scallop, and fish-scale panels on gable ends, dormers, and band areas. Transition detail to primary panels treated as primary scope.
Existing vinyl removed, substrate moisture assessed, housewrap replaced, and new vinyl system installed. We don't install over substrates with elevated moisture readings.
Impact damage, blown panels, failed caulk at penetrations. We carry stock in common profiles and advise honestly on UV-fade matching before committing to any repair scope.
Our Elgin, SC team follows the same documented process on every project — so you always know what comes next.
We arrive with panel samples in multiple profiles and colors, take precise wall measurements, and discuss insulated vs. standard options at your Elgin, SC property. Most clients finalize their choice at this visit.
