A cracked panel or blown joint might look cosmetic. It's usually a symptom. Our Weston, FL repair specialists diagnose the root cause before touching a single panel — because a surface patch over an active moisture entry point just delays the real repair by one season. We assess, quote in writing, and execute — often same day.
Our Weston, FL specialists bring the credentials, diagnostic tools, and installation expertise that make the difference between a repair that holds and one that repeats.
Emergency-priority repair calls receive same-day or next-morning assessment. We carry common panel stock — matching repairs often complete in a single visit.
Sheathing moisture, caulk integrity, fastener pattern — all checked before recommending scope. A repair that addresses only the symptom is a repair that repeats.
Written quote covering all repair scope before we begin. Additional substrate damage is disclosed immediately with a written change order — never added to the invoice after the fact.
We re-test sheathing moisture at repair points after sealing. Before/after readings documented — proof the underlying condition was resolved, not just covered.
We don't farm out our Siding Repair work. Every project in Weston, FL is assigned to a technician with documented experience on that specific scope.
Panel cracks, punctures, and radial fractures from hail or debris. We remove only the damaged section, inspect the housewrap and sheathing beneath, address any substrate compromise, and install matched material. Surrounding panels checked for fastener movement.
Panels separated at the lock seam or blown off entirely. We replace lost panels, re-secure loose sections to current fastener standards, and audit the fastener pattern on the entire affected wall — not just the visible missing section.
Interior staining near exterior walls, soft drywall at window frames, or musty odors near exterior surfaces — we use a pin-type moisture meter to map damage from the outside before recommending any scope. Source first, then solution.
Failed caulk at window frames, utility penetrations, and butt joints is the leading moisture entry mechanism on otherwise intact siding. We clear all old sealant, prime the substrate, and apply high-movement elastomeric caulk rated for the specific cladding type.
Panels rattling in wind, showing corrosion staining at nailheads, or moving when pressed need a fastener audit. We re-drive at correct positions and add ring-shank nails where standard fasteners won't hold the sheathing reliably.
Fiber cement patching requires substrate grinding, mesh reinforcement for larger voids, and a texture-matched skim coat. Wood repairs need back-primed patches and end-grain sealing at every cut face. We address both with material-specific technique.
A clear, predictable process reduces stress and produces better outcomes. Here's exactly what happens when you call our Weston, FL Siding Repair team.
Describe visible damage over the phone. We dispatch a technician for same-day or next-morning assessment with moisture meter, caulk probe, and panel stock for common profiles on the truck.
Technician inspects visible damage, probes sheathing moisture at adjacent points, tests caulk at nearby penetrations, and photographs all findings before building the written quote.
Panels removed only as far as damage requires. Substrate treated or dried as needed. New material installed with correct overlap, joint sealing, and fastener placement. Surrounding panels checked before closing the section.
Moisture re-tested at repair points after sealing. Before/after readings documented in your repair record — evidence the underlying condition was resolved, not just patched over.
They checked sheathing moisture before closing the section and documented the before/after readings in writing. I have actual evidence the repair was complete — not just a contractor's word.
I'd had moisture issues near a dining room window for two years. Two contractors said it was the window. Forge Siding found failed caulk behind the siding at the rough opening in 20 minutes. Problem resolved for 18 months and counting.
Fastener re-drive audit on a rental property. They mapped every re-nailed fastener location on a diagram and left it with our property manager and in our records. HOA needed documentation — they produced it.
Our Weston-based team covers every community in our Weston, FL service area — same licensed crews, same upfront pricing, same written warranty on every project.
